Delivery Details – Online Purchases Only

We know how important the delivery of your purchase is and aim to deliver all products to you as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

Items will be delivered using our preferred courier to the ground floor only. For additional delivery services please contact us prior to purchase.

Please porvide both an email adress and a mobile phone number with your order as many goods will come with text message delivery time slots and order tracking.

If you require an accurate delivery day/time please contact us once your order has been placed.

Delivery times given are our best estimate but can take longer due to weekends or public holidays.

If items suffer excessive delays from our estimated delivery times, we will contact you to advise of this and give you the option to wait or cancel for a refund.

Please note – Fragile goods such as sinks and hobs or items made from or containing glass, ceramic, porcelain, granite or similar must be inspected on delivery and notified to the delivery driver if any damage is found.

Delivery To UK Mainland Only – If by mistake an order is processed outside of mainland UK, one of our sales team will contact you to discuss options or process a refund.
